Hi there! I’m Kimberly, a licensed cosmetologist with 18 years of experience in the beauty industry and a 6x certified lash artist. I’m also a proud mom to my amazing 17-year-old mini-me! After dedicating 2.5 years as a full-time lash artist, I can confidently say that leaving corporate America to pursue my lash business was the best decision I’ve ever made. Deposits are non-refundable/transferrable. You are allowed one reschedule, after the 1st reschedule the deposit is forfeited, and a new appointment will need to be scheduled. You must have a card on file!! If the card on file gets declined from a cancelled appointment, you must pay the cancellation fee before you're able to book another appointment. NO CALL NO SHOW: Charged 100% of the service fee and BANNED FROM ONLINE BOOKING FILL-INS: Fill-ins need to be scheduled every 2-3 weeks!! If it’s been over 24 days from your last appointment a FULL SET will need to be scheduled!! NO EXCEPTIONS!! FOREIGN FILLS: If you are currently have lashes on from another salon, and need a fill it is considered a foreign fill. I am able to fill your lash extensions as long as the extensions are done correctly and are not damaging your natural lashes. If they are not done correctly, a removal will need to be done and a full set will be required. 72 HOUR RULE: If you have a lot of lashes fall out within 72 hours of your appointment, YOU MUST contact me to let me know, and I will schedule you a complimentary 30 min touch-up. If you don't contact me within 72 hours any loss of lashes will be on the client!!! * ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE CALLS ALLOWED DURING YOUR SERVICE. PLEASE SILENCE YOUR PHONE!!! * BRING HEADPHONES FOR LISTENING TO MUSIC OR YOUR FAVORITE PODCAST. * AVOID CAFFEINE AT LEAST 2 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT. * IF YOU ARE MORE THEN 15 MINS LATE I WILL GIVE YOU THE OPTION OF BEING SERVICED BUT I WILL NOT GO PAST YOUR SCHEDULED APPT TIME. IF YOU CHOOSE TO NOT BE SERVICED YOU'LL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE FEE. * COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH CLEAN LASHES, ALL MAKE UP NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. * WHEN COMING FOR A FILL-IN YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST HALF OF YOUR EXTENSIONS REMAINING * IF YOU CAN COUNT THE LASHES REMAINING YOU NEED A FULL-SET!!! * IF YOU BOOK A FILL AND NEED A FULLSET I WON'T GO PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME, AND YOUR LASHES WILL NOT BE AS FULL. * YOU NEED TO WASH YOUR LASHES EVERYDAY OR AT LEAST EVERY OTHER DAY
